    Terms of Service

Review the agreement that governs your use of ADT, the PulseADT, and associated services.

    1. Introduction

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you and Glemad regarding access to ADT, the PulseADT, and related services. By using our products you confirm that you have authority to enter into this contract and that you will comply with applicable laws.

    2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized activity. We may suspend accounts that violate our acceptable use requirements or impact platform security.

    3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse ADT or the PulseADT to interfere with other users, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or build competing datasets. You are responsible for actions taken via your credentials and for ensuring that downstream users comply with these Terms.

    4. Intellectual Property

Glemad retains all rights to models, APIs, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable license to access the services. Feedback or suggestions may be used to improve ADT without obligation to you.

    5. Disclaimers & Warranties

ADT and related services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of performance or fitness. We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

    6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glemad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service that gave rise to the claim.

    7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, jeopardize security, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time; outstanding obligations remain enforceable.

    8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in your service order or, if none, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
